SimpleChoiceRealty.com is owned and operated by Christopher J. Carr, a licensed Real Estate broker with Simple Choice Realty, Inc. Chris resides in Conshohocken, PA with his wife Tara and 2 dogs.

Chris Carr graduated from Shippensburg University with a BSBA in Management and a BS in Psychology. Upon graduation Chris worked in sales for a few years. With entrepreneurialism running in the family, in 2001 Chris joined a venture with some other individuals and began publishing a For Sale By Owner Magazine in PA and NJ. Through his involvement with the magazine, Chris was introduced to a new concept of home selling. This hybrid selling solution combines the spirit and savings of a FSBO with the marketing exposure only a Realtor can provide - The Flat Fee MLS Listing.

Simply a better idea!

Having an active NJ Real Estate License, Chris quickly found a brokerage to work with and began offering Flat Fee MLS Listings to FSBO Home Sellers throughout NJ. After much success in NJ, Chris proceeded to get his PA Realtor's license and began offering the Flat Fee MLS service in his home state of PA.

Chris Carr is a firm believer in the FSBO/Flat Fee MLS home selling option. However, Chris does recognize that this program is not for everyone or every home. Some individuals and/or their homes may require additional services. It is not the intention of Chris to replace "traditional" Realtors; only to provide Home Sellers with options when planning to sell their home.
