Join Simple Choice Realty and enjoy 100% commissions! Pay a monthly fee of $100 to keep your license with us. When you close a deal, you keep 100% of your commission minus a $700 flat transaction fee. Monthly fee includes E&O insurance. Agent must pay for their own membership to the MLS as well as the National, State, and Local Associations of Realtors.
Brokers wanted in other states!
Simple Choice Realty is looking to expand into other states beyond PA, DE, and MD. To do so, we are looking to partner with brokers who would like to develop a Flat Fee MLS business model. We have a super slick back-end system allowing customers to do everything electronically, which makes them happy. But it also makes life for the broker much easier to manage the high volume of listings.
